1/ Field Force Effectiveness Internship

Responsibility

• Assist in analyzing data, report, dashboard on the CRM system – Salesforce; and in the new implementation on the system
• Assist in sales planning & forecasting, incentive calculations, as well as regular sales reports to keep Field Force team informed of their performance & objectives
• Conduct research on sales leads, market potential
• Be a facilitator between Field Force, Marketing and other Business functions during ongoing projects
• Attend sales meeting with Pharmacy Company clients

Skills and Competency

• Excellent communication skill, verbally and in written, in both Vietnamese and English
• High attention to details
• Problem solving skill and be able to think on your own feet
• Analytical thinking
• MS Office proficient, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems will be appreciated

2/ Marketing Internship

• Marketing background with science knowledge
• At least one year of experience with data statistics and probability
• Experience in broad range of marketing elements including marketing plan development, product development
• Fluent in English.
