In June 2018, the faculty of the Department of Psychology participated in the Labor Research Competition organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA). position. With this study, the research team hopes to provide experimental evidence from the lens of psychology on gender perception in Vietnam. This will be the scientific basis for recommending domestic industrial relations policies in which the individual’s perspective is taken into account in addition to other traditional aspects of industrial relations such as union rights and bargaining. collective.
