*** Job description:
1. Management of records and documents Carry out activities of receiving and storing official dispatches, letters, and documents delivered to the company.
2. Reception work: Receive transactions with customers in two forms: face-to-face and via phone. Welcoming guests every time the company has an event or internal activity. Participate in organizing company events and fun activities for employees to maintain and develop internal corporate culture.
3. Other administrative tasks as requested by superiors:
- Support superiors with administrative tasks such as drafting documents, and printing records and documents.
- Declare monthly office publications and carry out purchasing activities for departments in the company.
- Manage company assets and equipment.
- Monitor office security and comply with company access control.
- Regularly update documents on expenses incurred in the office.
- Perform other related tasks as required
4. Job requirements:
- Men/women aged 22 and over;
- Qualification: graduated from high school or college (relevant major or accounting)
- No experience required;
- There is a high sense of responsibility;
- Honesty, enthusiasm, sociable attitude, cooperation with colleagues;
- Proficient in office computer skills (word, excel);
- English: priority is given to those with an IELTS certificate.
5. Salary: 5,000,000 VND – 7,000,000 VND
