THE INAUGURAL SEASON OF THE FUTURE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER 2023.
The competition: “The Future Human Resource Manager 2023” is the first competition in the field of Human Resource Management organized by the students of the Faculty of Economics – Business at Hoa Sen University. This is a completely new playground for young enthusiasts in the Human Resource Management field.
The competition is not only for students majoring in Human Resource Management at Hoa Sen University but is also open to anyone nationwide who has an interest and passion for the Human Resource field.
With a mission to connect high-quality human resources with businesses both domestically and internationally, the competition provides participants with the opportunity to delve into challenging human resource issues. Through their involvement, contestants have the chance to identify practical measures to address these issues. The Evaluation Council will selectively choose innovative ideas and effective solutions.
Beyond being a competition that showcases knowledge, it is also a part of the journey where participants get to discover themselves. Each contestant is a warrior, and you will be the masters of your own destiny “Be The Fighter – Be The Master“, through three rounds of competition:
The first round – “BEE THE HUNTER” requires warriors to “explore” and “hunt down” innovative ideas or propose effective solutions;
The second round – “BEE THE CONQUEROR” requires warriors to demonstrate the project’s potential, “conquer” the esteemed judges who are experienced professionals in Human Resource Management for a ticket to the Finals;
The Finals – “BEE THE QUEENER“, once again, warriors have to present and defend their projects, demonstrating feasibility and practical applicability to the Evaluation Council consisting of experienced professionals in Human Resource Management from domestic and international businesses.
To achieve the success of the first season of “The Future Human Resource Manager 2023” competition, we cannot overlook the Evaluation Council, composed of experienced professionals in the field of Human Resource Management from domestic and international businesses:

(Ms.) Tran Thi Thu Tham – Head of Human Resources, Bosch Vietnam;
(Ms.) Vu Thi Thu – Human Resources Advisor, MISA Joint Stock Company.
After 3 months, the first season has officially come to a close. With the championship title going to Team Mindful, they presented the project
“Reviving Leadership Values through the Art of Mindfulness” and successfully won over the Evaluation Council.
Because this is the first season of the competition, the Organizing Committee faced numerous difficulties and challenges. However, the competition has also achieved significant milestones thanks to the support and collaboration through the opinions and contributions of the esteemed members of the Advisory Board of the competition:

The Finals and Gala Award Night were successfully and seamlessly organized with the dedicated efforts of the Organizing Committee and professional support from the esteemed professors, sponsors, and patrons from domestic and international businesses.
In addition, to ensure the competition could take place seamlessly and successfully, the Organizing Committee always exerted maximum effort and accompanied the contestant teams in their journey to take control of the game. The Organizing Committee, comprised of 36 pieces, is not only made up of students majoring in Human Resource Management but also includes participants from various other fields such as Marketing & Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, English Language, Technology Management, Telecommunications, Economic Law, and Software Engineering. Throughout the 3-month journey, a period that is neither short nor long, the Organizing Committee has been closely connected, facing numerous difficulties and challenges to organize a successful competition.
I hope that the competition will continue to be a highly beneficial and practical playground for dynamic, passionate, and ambitious young individuals in the field of human resources in the upcoming seasons.
