Workshop on “Investment decisions and leverage in business”

On Wednesday, 11/11/2015, the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce successfully organized the seminar “Investment decisions and use of leverage in business”, This is a student conference with coordination and cooperation from Generali Insurance Company, a leading Insurance group in Italy and in Europe.

This is an important and very useful event that attracts the attention of many students and lecturers. In the context of great changes in the stock market, changes in laws and regulations have a far-reaching influence on investment activities and the use of financial leverage.

The seminar provided more in-depth and practical knowledge as well as updated information on investment activities and using financial leverage. The speaker is Ha Hong Hai, an Administrator and an Analyst, being in charge of strategic investment activities at Generali.

With the open submission of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam, Ms. Tran Thi Hoang Vi, Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet, and Ms. To Thi Tu Trang, students asked many practical and useful questions. Specific examples are given and discussed. The seminar created a very practical playground for Finance students in particular and Economics students in general.
