Position: Head of Logistics Department – HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deploy, manage and operate NVOCC shipping agency service
  • Business planning: the ability to produce business plans based on market research and data analysis. This includes setting revenue, profit, and market share goals, identifying products and services to develop, and defining marketing and sales strategies.
  • Sales staff management: manage and train sales staff. This job includes recruiting, training, evaluating and effectively managing sales staff.
  • Customer relationship management: create and maintain relationships with domestic and foreign customers and partners. This job includes finding new customers, building relationships with existing customers, providing solutions that meet customer needs, and solving problems that arise.
  • Business operations management: supervise the business operations of your department. This job includes tracking sales, monitoring profits and costs, and offering solutions to optimize business operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Have experience in operating and developing NVOCC Shipping Agency services.
  • Knowledge of Logistics: knowledge of logistics activities is required.
  • Business knowledge: understand marketing, sales and customer management methods to devise effective business strategies.
  • Analytical skills: ability to search for information, analyze data and make decisions based on analysis and market data.
  • Communication skills: good communication ability to build relationships with customers and company staff.
  • Have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Graduated from College or University majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields
  • Have working experience in a similar position for 2 years or more. Priority is given to candidates working in the Logistics industry.
