POSITION: LOGISTICS OFFICER
Job description
- Daily shipment following up
Make booking with forwarders;
Arrange truck & Customs declaration for import/exportation;
Confirm vessel schedule, freight rate check & make comparison;
Others (for example: fabric label).
- Shipping doc preparation
Invoice & Packing list creation;
Check the AN, BL, DN from forwarders;
Sending documents to WH & end customers;
LC applications.
- SAP creation
Create Outbound;
Create Billing.
Job requirements
Education: University or college degree, major: Business, Logistics, Import and export or related;
Experience: Over 1 year related working experience, experience in manufactoring is preferable;
Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
Skills: Communications and investigation, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
