IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN PARTICIPATING 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟏𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓

To participate in the Hoa Sen Student Festival – The 1st HSU Students Fest in a fun, authentic and safe way, students need to note the following:

Instructions for “checking in”

• Attendees must be present at the check-in area from 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2023
• Organizers will divide check-in areas into 2 areas: HSU students & non-HSU subjects (Parents, students)
• Check in process:

Step 1: Registered participants go to the check-in area according to each line (For HSU students & Outsiders)

Step 2:

• For HSU students: Open Hoa Sen app (log in with student account), scan the separate QR code and the system records successful check-in.
• For outsiders: Present email of successful registration and an electronic ticket (phone screenshot is not valid). Then Scan the separate QR code and fill in the information on the system to record a successful check-in

Step 3: Wear a bracelet and receive a lightstick at the event (Only giving away 1,000 lightsticks to the first 1,000 check-in audiences).

Items strictly prohibited from being brought into the event area

Prohibited substances (stimulants), alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, e-cigarettes are not allowed in the event area, flammable items (gasoline, oil, alcohol…)

Weapons of any kind/flashlights/lasers/pointed objects/pencils/umbrellas/monopods/selfie sticks.

Posters/banners/signs of a political nature, language inconsistent with customs and traditions, and longer than 25 cm.

Types of animals/pets.

Lighters/candles/fireworks and explosives.

Glass bottles/ plastic bottles/ aluminum bottles/ tin jars or hard plastic containers.

Food/drinks/personal seating from outside the show (Organizers have water booths inside the event premises)

Note on clothing: Free, stylish, comfortable, “vibe” clothing for going out. Do not bring valuable belongings or jewelry. Participants take care of their personal belongings.

Attendees are required to bring a phone (To carry out check-in procedures)

Entrance wristbands will only be given out by the Organizing Committee once, attendees need to keep them until the end of the program.

After completing check-in and receiving wristbands, attendees are not allowed to leave the event premises. If you move outside, you will not be able to return to the event area.

If there are any problems, attendees please contact the organizers or security staff (with badges).

In all cases, the decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
