Position: Storekeeper
Job description
- Receive and process order information from customers on the software system
. Receive warehouse receipts from the secretary, check the validity of the order in terms of quantity, location and time
. Check the data on the software and coordinate with the vehicle dispatching department to carry out the import and export of goods according to the request form and comply with the process.
. Directly instruct warehouse supervisors, forklifts to unload goods from containers, trucks to arrange goods in the correct import and export locations of the warehouse according to the correct Layout
.Responsible for checking quantity, quality and age of inventory according to regulations.Updating warehouse diagrams into layout at the end of the day/week/month
- Inventory inventory and set up reports
. Inventory and report inventory imports and exports by day, month, quarter, and year
. Carry out unexpected inventory at the request of superiors
- Perform other internal tasks as required by the nature of the job.
. Deploy and implement 5S warehouse daily
. Directly monitor compliance with labor safety, health safety, and fire safety at the warehouse
. Manage and coordinate forklifts, loading and unloading to ensure common tasks are met
. Perform other tasks as requested by Management (within the scope of work)
Job requirements
Male aged 22-35
– Have more than 2 years of experience as a warehouse keeper, warehouse manager or warehouse accountant
– Graduated from Colleges and Universities majoring in commerce, logistics, accounting, statistics…
– Proficient in using computers (excel, word…), warehouse management software
– Have expertise in warehouse accounting, statistics, import and export
– Honest, compliant, careful, effective time management
– Have good skills in analyzing, synthesizing reports and systems
– Ability to take initiative in work, work independently and in groups
– Working at 109 Ha Duy Phien (Old Provincial Road 9), District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
