Position: Deputy head of project logistics services department
- Job details:
a. Implement plans and work with customers:
Planning and contacting traditional customers and potential customers related to the field of transporting oversized and overweight goods, Industrial factories – Industrial Parks.
Search for new customers in the heavy goods sector.
b. Exploiting project sources:
Through domestic project investment information: Electric power plants, industrial park factories, power stations… plan to approach investors/EPC General Contractors to introduce and advise on transportation solution services. moving, loading and unloading. Conduct price surveys and negotiate contracts upon winning the bid.
Participate in presenting transportation plans to customers using Power Point software.
Mobilize staff to prepare and participate in bidding for packages for handling and transporting oversized and super heavy goods domestically.
c. Monitor and coordinate production and business activities of the department:
Plan and coordinate staff to perform department work.
Check and monitor project implementation costs.
In charge of the room when the Head of Department goes on business trips.
d. Participate in field work and technical safety supervision:
Support participating in surveys, planning, and field command of related tasks: Transporting, loading, unloading, and relocating machinery and equipment when assigned tasks by superiors.
e. Business activity report:
Prepare weekly reports on business activities in the field of project goods for the Head of Department: on revenue, costs, estimated profits, and realized output.
Report to the Head of Department relevant information in charge.

- Capacity requirements:
a. Qualifications and expertise:
University degree in Transportation/Multimodal Transportation/Mechanized Loading and Unloading Engineering or other related majors.
Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position, working at transportation companies in surveying, designing, and calculating plans for transporting heavy/overweight goods.
Priority is given to candidates with knowledge or experience in the field of Import-Export and project goods.
b. Skill:
Foreign language: English Toeic 650 or higher.
Information technology: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
Human resources skills: Communication, negotiation and negotiation, developing relationships at work.
Thinking skills: Ability to plan, analyze, forecast and solve problems.
Skills to work independently and in groups.
c. Working attitude:
Honest and serious in work.
Responsible, confident, decisive.
Have team spirit, solidarity and love of work.
Willing to work far.
