Warehouse activities at various locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Synthesize, analyze and coordinate warehouse resource development projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule and resources are improved promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Participate in developing plans for resources and services related to warehouse operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Participate in implementing, coordinating and monitoring action plans related to warehouse resource development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Analyze and evaluate the situation of warehouse operations nationwide based on warehouse operations reports of Export-Import, CUDV department and propose appropriate improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Monitor and update policies, regulations and procedures on adjusting warehouse operations and standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Monitor and supervise compliance with regulations and procedures on storage and delivery of goods at import-export warehouses and CUDV departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Participate in Supplier evaluation; Synthesize and analyze information of all Suppliers to select the appropriate Supplier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors (Director\/Director\/Commissioner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/ EDUCATION &amp; PROFESSION:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Graduated from a regular university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Priority is given to majors in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and Multimodal Transport<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\/ EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position at large-scale companies in the fast-moving consumer goods, food industry or companies in transportation and warehousing services<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Understand the supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Knowledge of warehouse management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Customer care skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Data analysis and reporting skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4\/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Creative and proactive in work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Proficient in using office information technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Honest, careful<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ability to work under shift pressure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>English communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>WORK LOCATION: Vinamilk Tower, No. 10 Tan Trao, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, City.
