The journey to find the answer to “What is happiness”, why is it called “Happiness is a path”

The Workshop “Happiness is the way” took place in a warm, happy atmosphere on January 28, 2021 at the NVT campus of Hoa Sen University. We received two speakers, Ms. Mai Dao (Dao Thi Ngoc Mai) and Ms. Van Nguyen (Nguyen Tran Kieu Van) conveys many useful things about Happiness as well as Mindfulness through the following activities:

This activity exploited each person’s emotions on their own watches and brought the people in the Workshop closer together.

Everyone can learn about scientific research perspectives on general happiness so they can apply it in their own lives.

We learned more about how to balance happiness every day so that we don’t feel “suffocated” when deadlines pile up. This is also a guideline for protecting everyone’s “mental health”.

After learning, we have learned to find happiness from simple stories in everyday life, always feeling grateful to help us have a happy, joyful life every day.

Being able to listen and fully feel the other person’s words about their gratitude helps us practice our own listening ability. And most of all, this has brought us closer together, who doesn’t want a friend who listens to them, right?

————————————

The journey to find the answer to “What is happiness”, why is it called “Happiness is a path”

Nearly a week has passed since we sat together in room 507 of Hoa Sen University to find the answer to the question: “What is happiness?” for each person themselves. Thanks to the guidance of two speakers Ms. Mai Dao (Dao Thi Ngoc Mai) and Ms. Van Nguyen (Nguyen Tran Kieu Van) we were able to answer all the questions surrounding the two keywords Happiness and Mindfulness.

Please join us in a small flashback about the valuable knowledge that the two speakers shared at that meeting:

Do you remember that this activity exploited the emotions of each of us on our own watches and connected everyone participating in the Workshop closer and more willing to open their hearts to each other.

You have a more general view of happiness from the perspective of scientific research. From there, you and I know how to apply it to how we perceive life. Having received good “secrets” and experience in packaging them to take home. It’s so convenient!!!

And don’t forget that we also understand more about how to balance happiness every day so that we don’t feel “suffocated” when deadlines pile up. Oh my God, now I have discovered that after coming back from the workshop, I not only have knowledge and experience but also gain more “resistance” to protect everyone’s “mental health”.

That’s not all, after learning, we have learned to find happiness from simple stories in everyday life. Since then, I have always felt grateful for helping us have a happier, happier life. I believe you also feel the same as me, right?

Being able to listen and fully feel the other person’s words about their gratitude helps us practice our own listening ability. And most of all, this has brought me and you closer together. After the workshop, I have practiced this “skill” by practicing listening to my parents more and understanding what they think. And you, are you ready to break the gap to understand the stories of the people around you?
