K24 Orientation and HSU English Language Student Gathering – A dynamic initial to the New Academic Year at the Faculty of Languages – International Cultures
Recently, K24 freshman of the English Language study program had a memorable orientation session with the faculty members of the Faculty of Languages – International Cultures.
The session not only provided students with valuable information about the curriculum but also served as an opportunity to connect with faculty members, alumni, and current students of the program.
On this occasion, the Faculty of Languages – International Cultures also honored and awarded scholarships to first-year students with high university entrance exam scores in the program.
In addition to welcoming new students, the orientation session also served as a gathering for students from all cohorts of the program at the start of the new academic year. Students from different generations participated in meaningful activities such as the “New Term Fortune Hunt,” where they received small gifts representing a lucky start, providing motivation for the journey ahead. They also enjoyed the “Muffin Decoration” activity, fostering interaction while challenging their creativity and learning more about British-American culinary culture, an integral part of the English Language program.
It is our hope that, following this gathering, students will feel more confident in their journey to acquire knowledge and personal growth in the coming years. Wishing all English Language students a brilliantly successful new academic year!
Welcome K24 students to the Faculty of Languages – International Cultures at HSU!
