The Department of Applied Psychology took the exam with the research topic &#8220;The relationship between gender discrimination and job satisfaction and mental health of Vietnamese workers&#8221; chaired by Master Pham Thi Thuy Tien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">At the end of July, the Contest Organizing Committee announced the results of the research proposal round. In which, the research team of Hoa Sen University, along with four other topics, won the research proposal round and was funded to continue implementation and will be completed by the end of 2018. Thuy Tien and colleagues<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtecenter\"><i>With this study, the research team wishes to provide one of the empirical evidences under the lens of psychology of gender perception in Vietnam. This will be the scientific basis for the recommendation of domestic labor relations policy in which the individual&#8217;s perspective is taken into account in addition to other traditional aspects of labor relations such as trade union rights and collective negotiation.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">This result contributes to the determination of the Department of Applied Psychology and Hoa Sen University in focusing on scientific research in work and teaching.
