The Office of Research Affairs – Science Journal is responsible for advising and assisting the Board of Directors in managing, synthesizing, developing, and improving the effectiveness of scientific research and technology transfer at the University.
In addition, the Office of Research Affairs – Science Journal also manages the Hoa Sen University Journal of Science – the official scientific publication of Hoa Sen University, licensed to operate by the Ministry of Information and Communications with license number 461/GP-BTTTT dated September 9, 2022.The Journal aims to publish the research works from lecturers and students related to the training fields of Hoa Sen University, introduce scientific research achievements inside and outside the country, and create a forum for scientists inside and outside the University to present their academic views and scientific research works that contribute to promoting socio-economic development.

Dr. Le Thi Ngoc Tu has majors in Mathematics and Economics, and received a PhD in Economics from the University of Goettingen, Germany. She has successfully transformed her passion for empowering women into research with social impact and has been recognized by world organizations. She is also a pioneer in designing a model for integrating gender equality into the curriculum and has been recognized by the German International Cooperation Organization (GIZ). At the Office of Research Affairs – Science Journal-Hoa Sen University, Dr. Tu is responsible for managing, developing, and coordinating scientific research and publication activities.
Ms. Tu Như Huong is the administrative secretary of the Office of Research Affairs – Science Journal. She is responsible for a variety of tasks, including, implementing academic exchanges, coordinating the implementation of scientific research topics and projects, being in charge of the website and database of scientific works, being in charge of the administrative works, reporting and logistics of the Office, and carrying out communication activities of the Office related to scientific research.
