Ms. Do Nhu Thao, an adept student enrolled in the Master of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Hoa Sen University, currently assumes the role of Deputy Human Resources Director at Saigontourist Travel Service Company Limited. With a blend of profound professional acumen and a penchant for innovation, Ms. Nhu Thao boasts a wealth of experience and notable contributions in fostering the development and optimization of human resources within her organization.

In the upcoming installment of MASTER’S INSIGHT EPISODE 3, Ms. Nhu Thao will engage in an enlightening discourse centered around the theme “Exploring Promotion Opportunities for Personnel in 2024”. Among the distinguished new Masters is Mr. Le Huu Hoa Loc, who achieved the highest academic standing in the English Language Studies major and currently serves as the Legal – Administrative & Human Resources Director of Thien An Education Services & Development Company Limited. Notably, Master Hoa Loc previously graduated as valedictorian in Bachelor of International Commercial Law. His passion for teaching languages motivated him to pursue the English Language major at the Master’s level, where he once again secured the title of Valedictorian despite starting from a different major. The skills and knowledge acquired from the Master’s program in English Language Studies, coupled with his profound legal expertise, have greatly contributed to Master Loc’s success in establishing and managing his family’s Foreign Language Center.

Representatives of the new Masters, including Valedictorian Hoa Loc, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Board of Directors and teachers, as well as their families, for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout their academic journey. Master Hoa Loc shared his personal journey, stating, “Two months before graduating with a Bachelor of International Commercial Law, I received a job offer at an English Center in Thu Duc as a legal consultant. During my time there, the inspiration from the teachers and the learning environment of English classes gradually fueled my passion for the language. Recognizing the limitations of my English skills, I embarked on a journey of self-improvement through self-study and language courses. Two years later, I left that center as Deputy Director to pursue my passion for teaching English. I am fortunate to have the support of my wife, a Bachelor of English Language, who has further strengthened my passion. Today, our Thien An English Center celebrates its 7th anniversary.”

Continuing the management-themed discussion, HSGA organizes a talk show titled: “ADAPTATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT,” featuring Guest Speaker: Dr. Dang Ngoc Toan – Expert in advising on sustainable development of international projects.

The program’s speaker, Dr. Dang Ngoc Toan, is currently a member of the Steering Committee of INGSA ASIA 2020-22. Alongside his role as an advisor for international projects (Global Coffee Platform, IPSC (USAID), ADB…), Dr. Dang Ngoc Toan is a widely recognized speaker both domestically and internationally. His areas of passion and inspirational sharing include education, sustainable development, human resource management, business administration, and more. He is also the author of two books titled: “Engaging and Sustaining Development” and “Life Perspectives.”

Dr. Dang Ngoc Toan obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Queensland (Australia) under the BH program and his Ph.D. from Western Sydney University under the HB program of the Australian Government, specializing in sustainable development. Currently, he serves as an Adjunct Fellow at Western Sydney University for the period 2021-24.
