Application Registration Guide

Application for Master’s programs in Business Administration (MBA), English Language (MAE), and Tourism & Hospitality Management (MA in Tourism) requires: Entry Essay + Application Form + Registration Fee.

I. Application Documents

1. Entry Essay:

Applicants must choose one of the two given topics and complete an essay (2,000 – 5,000 words).

Note: Name the file when sending via email as follows: program_field_firstnamelastname (Example: MBA_NguyenVanA or MAE_NguyenVanA or MATourism_NguyenVanA).

Essay Topics:

For Business Administration:

• Topic 1: Discuss why you are continuing your education with an MBA program and your career direction after completing this Master’s program.
• Topic 2: Analyze the impact and consequences of the Covid pandemic on Vietnamese businesses with your knowledge in Business Administration. What should businesses do next to improve their situation & develop?

For English Language:

• Topic 1: Discuss how the use of language strongly depends on the relationship between communication partners.
• Topic 2: It is said that languages develop only in human societies to serve those societies by meeting human needs.

For Tourism & Hospitality Management:

• Topic 1: Explain why you are continuing your education with a Master’s in Tourism & Hospitality Management and your future career orientation after completing the program.
• Topic 2: With your knowledge of tourism, analyze the impact and consequences of the Covid pandemic on Vietnamese tourism. What should Vietnam do next to improve the current tourism situation?

2. Application Form:

• Required essay; (Download the essay submission template)
• Application form; (Download the application form template or register directly here)
• Bachelor’s degree diploma or temporary graduation certificate within 3 months (*);
• Confirmation of diploma equivalence for degrees obtained from foreign institutions;
• University transcript detailing course names, hours, and grades (*);
• Work experience confirmation for applicants in Business Administration and Tourism & Hospitality Management; (Template)
• Personal resume with photo verified by the current employer or local authority, with a seal over the photo;
• Supplementary education transcript for applicants with degrees closely related to or different from the program applied for (*);
• Language proficiency certificate, if available (*);
• Documents proving priority status, if applicable (*);
• Three 3×4 cm portrait photos taken within 6 months from the application submission date (with name and date of birth on the back, enclosed in an envelope);
• Birth certificate (*), can be submitted later during enrollment registration;

(*) Applicants can submit scanned or photographed copies via email. If submitting in person at the institution, applicants must provide notarized copies or original documents for verification.

3. Registration Fee: 1,000,000 VND per application

Applicants can pay the fee via bank transfer or in person at the institution.

II. Submission Methods

Applicants can submit their applications online or directly at the institution.

• For online submission: Applicants send their essay file, application form, and documents (scanned or photographed) to the specified email.
