This helps students gain a better understanding of future career choices, seek work experience, connect with industry experts, and have the opportunity to develop themselves to achieve their life goals.

Season 1 of the Hoa Sen Mentoring Program has concluded successfully with impressive statistics and practical values for students, promising an even more outstanding and beneficial Season 2. The Summary Ceremony of Season 1 and Launch of Season 2 of the Hoa Sen Mentoring program took place on September 16, 2023, with the participation of a large number of lecturers, mentors, and Hoa Sen University students.
The Summary Ceremony also honored the mentors who accompanied the program and recognized outstanding mentees such as “Fastest Recap Warrior,” “Most Recap Warrior,” and “Commitment/Dedicated Warrior.”
In addition to the 1-1 mentoring activities with mentors, students will have the opportunity to participate in workshops focusing on soft skills development for application in study and work. Furthermore, Field Trips and Build Your Voice are programs designed to help mentees improve their communication skills and confidence in speaking before an audience. ESPECIALLY, this year’s program will include NEW practical activities such as Business Experience and Peer Mentoring.
At the Season 1 Summary Ceremony, mentors and mentees looked back on their journey after 10 months of activities. It was a journey of companionship through practical activities, helping many students “upgrade” themselves, become more confident, and ready for challenges when entering the workforce.
