Scope of assignment

• Follow company procedures to bookkeeping and process payments.
• Support Accounting team in preparing accounting books, arranging, filing, and archiving accounting documents.
• Study and involve in preparing some Accounting and tax reports following guidance from the supervisor.
• Support Accounting team in working with auditors and tax consultants, preparing data and documents for statutory audit, tax review and/or tax inspection (if any).
• Assist in implementation of actions for internal audits and company’s projects/ assignments if any.
• Other ad-hoc assignments required by the supervisor.

Key requirements

• Good communication in English and proactive attitude.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Good knowledge of finance, accounting, or related fields; and
• Interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and SOPs.

Practicalities

• Expected Internship Period: Full time, 6 months (from December 2023 to May 2024)
• Details on time invested : Mondays - Fridays
• Working Location : IKEA HCM office
