GREEN SUNDAY 2024 – ACTION DAY FOR THE ENVIRONMENT On Sunday morning March 17, 2024, a team of volunteers from Hoa Sen University Youth Union attended the launching ceremony of the 152nd Green Sunday organized by Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union in coordination with District 12 People’s Committee and implementing the project “Saigon River – My City River” associated with improving the environmental landscape at Rach Muop of Tham Luong – Ben Cat canal, District 12. To support those on the academic journey, Hoa Sen University (HSU) organized the “University Entrance Exam Support Program”  with the motto “Sen by Your Side, Breaking All Limits.” This program accompanied students with practical and meaningful activities. Summary of Activities: The program took place from June to August 2023, covering various activities: 1. Practical Help: Providing drinks and snacks: HSU set up support spots at exam entrances, providing free drinks and snacks to students and their parents. Accommodation support: HSU collaborated…

Green Summer Campaign: Hoa Sen Spreads Volunteerism Overview: Green Summer Campaign is an annual volunteer campaign by Viet Nam Union of Students at Hoa Sen University (HSU), held every summer. The campaign aims to encourage students to participate in volunteer activities, contribute to the community, and develop themselves. Green Summer Campaign 2023, themed “Hoa Sen Spreads Volunteerism,” took place from July to August 2023 with the participation of over 1,000 HSU students. These dedicated volunteers visited remote and disadvantaged areas nationwide to carry out meaningful volunteer activities. Achievements: Green Summer Campaign 2023 achieved remarkable outcomes: Construction and restoration of 10 charity homes and 05 rural bridges. Organized…

To spread this humanitarian message, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) at Hoa Sen University annually organizes HSU Blood Donation, attracting a large number of lecturers, staff and students to participate. HSU Blood Donation Program in 2023 was held in November, 2023, in collaboration with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.
