HSU Blood Donation – Sharing Love, Sharing Life
Blood donation is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the spirit of compassion and contributing to saving the lives of many patients. To spread this humanitarian message, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCMCYU) at Hoa Sen University annually organizes HSU Blood Donation, attracting a large number of lecturers, staff and students to participate.
HSU Blood Donation Program in 2023 was held in November, 2023, in collaboration with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. The program attracted more than 500 people, including HSU lecturers, staff and students to donate blood, collecting over 250 units of blood.
With the spirit of “Donating a drop of red blood – Sharing love,” we demonstrated compassion, sharing, and responsibility towards the community.
Achievements:
– Over 500 HSU lecturers, staff and students participated in blood donation.
– More than 250 units of blood were collected.
– Contributed to helping patients in need of blood.
– Raised awareness of voluntary blood donation in the student community.
In addition to blood donation activities, the program also:

– Provided health counseling for students before and after blood donation.

HSU Blood Donation Program has become a traditional activity, attracting a large number of lecturers, staff and students to participate. This is a practical activity, reflecting the spirit of compassion and contributing to saving many patients’ lives.
HCMCYU at Hoa Sen University hopes that the program will continue to spread and attract more students and people to participate, contributing to building a compassionate community full of love.
