Spring Volunteer Campaign at Hoa Sen University: Spreading Love, Bringing Smiles

Spring has arrived, filling the air with excitement and warmth. Yet, amidst the hustle and bustle, there are still folks facing tough times. With a heart full of care, the Spring Volunteer Campaign at Hoa Sen University sets out to spread love and collect smiles, making this springtime even brighter.

Spreading Love Seeds

From the early days of December, the energetic volunteers from Hoa Sen University have hit the road, bringing youthful vibes to homes in need of love, where kids and seniors are struggling. They are not just spreading joy among the homeless scattered across the city streets. They are also reaching out to neighboring areas, sharing warmth and kindness with families and kids in the hood.

Harvesting Love Blossoms

Spring Volunteer Campaign has rolled out various programs, attracting lots of students to join in and making a positive impact on the community:

– “ÉN YÊU THƯƠNG 2024”: Delivering gifts, scholarships, and working on youth projects like “Brightening Up Rural Areas” for families and students in Thoi Binh Town, Ca Mau Province.

– “XUÂN TÌNH NGUYỆN”: Spreading cheer among families and students in Ben Tre Province.

– “TẾT MÀ!”: Organizing fun games, tidying up the environment, and delivering gifts to kids in D’Ran Town.

– “XUÂN ĐONG ĐẦY – TẾT ĐỦ ĐẦY”: Delivering gifts at the Nursing Home Institute.

– “XUÂN ẤM ÁP”: Delivering gifts to Binh Thanh District Shelter.

Over 500 dedicated volunteers have come together to:

Make this spring warmer for people. They’ve brought meaningful Tet gifts to impoverished households, policy beneficiary homes, lonely elders, and orphaned kids. The bright smiles and grateful looks from the recipients speak volumes about the campaign’s success. Furthermore, our volunteers engage in various community enrichment activities, from home repairs to environmental cleanup efforts, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Beyond material giving, Spring Volunteer Campaign brings joy and lifts spirits high. The campaign has made Tet cozier and more fulfilling for them while spreading the message of love and sharing throughout the community. This campaign is an opportunity for students to grow, nurture volunteer spirit, and gain a deeper understanding of community struggles. Through it all, students learn to appreciate life and be thankful for what they have.
